Inter-Faith Conference in Allen

- The Inter-Faith Conference brought together different religions on Saturday, March 6.
Each religious faith had a chance to showcase its purpose and message in the forum on "Religion is the Divine guidance for peace and harmony to unite humanity."
Plano Mayor Phil Dyer, Plano Police Chief Greg Rushin, Allen Police Chief Bill Rushing and Allen Mayor Stephen Terrell were on hand for the event.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim community with a motto of "Love for all, hatred for none" is represented in 193 countries.
They believe that the prophesized Promised Messiah has come in the person of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835-1908).
The community is now led by Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the fifth successsor of the Promised Messiah.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is a dynamic, fast growing international revival movement within Islam.
